In August 2022, I made a life-changing decision to stop taking the birth control pill, driven by both personal conviction and the toll it was taking on my health. That choice marked the beginning of a deep and ongoing journey toward healing, rooted in creating a healthy home and future for myself and my family.

The transition wasn’t easy. After years of daily nausea while on the pill, it was a relief to see that symptom disappear, but what followed was a wave of hormonal chaos: painful acne, inflammation, and imbalances that had long been hidden. It became clear that true healing had to go far beyond skincare. I began detoxing every aspect of my life, from food to cleaning products, and rebuilding from the inside out.

Skincare was one of my first steps.
